Gaiavit is a food supplement with hydrolysed collagen, xanthohumol, Polygonum cuspidatum, bromelain, hyaluronic acid, potassium, magnesium and zinc.

Ingredients

• Hydrolysed collagen: the main component of the body’s connective tissue. It consists of peptides, short chains of amino acids that are particularly rich in glycine. It is essential for maintaining the integrity and hydration of connective tissue.
• Potassium and magnesium: play a fundamental role in intracellular and extracellular fluids in maintaining the correct membrane potential, acid–base balance and osmotic pressure.
• Hop dry extract, 3% xanthohumol: xanthohumol is a plant compound found in hops. It has powerful antioxidant properties and a very high capacity to reduce DNA damage and damage caused by highly reactive free radicals. It stimulates enzymes involved in detoxification processes and inhibits enzymes involved in inflammatory processes.
• Hyaluronic acid: chemically classified as a glucosamine; the molecule consists of repeating long sequences of simple sugars: glucuronic acid and N-acetylglucosamine. Hyaluronic acid is one of the main components of connective tissue, particularly its ground substance, a dense gel in which collagen and elastin fibres are embedded.
• Pineapple bromelain: found in the stem, fruit and juice, it has long been known for its proteolytic properties and also, in particular, for its anti-oedema and fibrinolytic action.
• Resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum: associated with significant antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity through inhibition of cyclooxygenase and hydroperoxidase.
• Zinc and copper: essential minerals that play an important role in vitamin absorption and utilisation and in the composition of most metabolic enzymes. They also have important antioxidant effects.
• Directions for use: Take one sachet daily, dissolved in a glass of water.
• Warnings:
  • Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
  • Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • Do not consume after the stated expiry date.
  • The expiry date applies to the product in an intact pack that has been stored correctly.
  • Store in a cool, dry place (<25°C), away from light and heat sources.
  • The product contains isomalt; excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
