Esostill Plus GPI eye drops are an advanced, highly effective tear substitute formulated specifically to treat severe dry eye, irritation and discomfort, including symptoms associated with seasonal allergies.

The ingredients work through a synergistic combination of lubricating agents and protective extracts.

Action of the active ingredients

• Hyaluronic Acid (HA 0.2%) and Hypromellose (HPMC 0.2%): Provide deep hydration, stabilising the compromised tear film and prolonging lubrication on the corneal surface.
• GPI (Glycerophosphoinositol) choline salt 0.01%: A naturally derived phosphoglyceride that helps calm inflammation and soothe allergy symptoms (such as itching), while helping to restore the lipid layer of the tears.
• Echinacea: Works synergistically to support protection and proper re-epithelialisation (regeneration) of the cornea.
• Chamomile and Eyebright: Provide a natural decongestant, calming and refreshing action against redness and burning.

When is it used?

Particularly indicated for:

• Marked tear film instability and persistent dryness.
• Seasonal eye allergy symptoms (such as pollen or spores in both spring and autumn) that cause intense itching and redness.
• Prolonged contact lens wear or visual strain from digital screens.

The product is fully compatible with contact lenses and can be instilled while wearing them to improve protective comfort.
